We’re a little behind this month, but Tiffany and I have had an amazing start to the new year. We’ve been working closely with our clients one-on-one and have had great success matching buyers with their dream homes. We’ve also been actively researching homes in the Santa Ynez Valley and surrounding areas, including Los Alamos, Lompoc, and Orcutt, to find properties that are both a great value and in prime locations for our buyers. I had the opportunity to attend today’s brokers’ caravan, and I was very impressed by the homes I toured.
